About the artist…

Rosie McGuinness was our Spring Artist in Residence in 2026. With a focus on figures, pattern, domestic and social details, textiles and clothing, McGuinness’s signature effortless style has been meticulously crafted through years of observational work. Often producing many versions of a composition then pairing works or combining as a series her use of colour, cropping and unexpected composition choices have marked her as a go to in the fashion and lifetyle industry. This series marks a recent transition to working on pieces for the wall.
