This House presents a group exhibition exploring the quiet companionship of trees that grow together in a copse. Standing apart from the untamed woodland, these small gatherings offer a compelling visual metaphor for community: individual yet interconnected and resilient.
Artists were invited to respond to this idea in their own way. The resulting collection reflects on the enduring beauty of trees and their quiet steadfastness under the gaze of the artist.
Featuring work by Simon Sparkes, Nadine James, Dougal Kirkland, Francis Martin, James D. Wilson, David Phillips, Phillipa C. Thomas and Alison Laing.
