  • Beth Quarmby is a painter based in Stroud whose work draws inspiration from the landscape and the intimate wildness of her garden. Her minimal, textural paintings explore relationships with a personal yet ambiguous lens, layering translucency and depth to evoke emotion and narrative.

Since beginning her practice in 2022, Quarmby has held four solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows, establishing a distinctive painting metholodgy.
